The Trust has already achieved a great deal and established a strong platform from which to take this project forward. Stage two has been well planned and already significant value in pro bono services and cash has been pledged towards this work (as detailed at 'Our Supporters').
We need further cash funding to achieve our budget for stage two. For an outline of stage two, click here.
Donations received will be used as seed funding, in particular to enable us to:
- continue with our organisation’s administration,
- fundraise and market the project, and
- undertake ‘stage two’ of the project, which focuses on due diligence and preparing an ‘implementation plan’.
The directors and trustees will only proceed to stage three of our project plan if it is considered that stage two has been completed in a rigorous manner, and (on the basis of the stage two analyses) that the risks of proceeding are manageable, and that the expected benefits justify the risks and likely effort required.
